1. Software Purchases (Vedic Numero)
Our software products are delivered digitally as downloadable applications requiring activation license keys.
- No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the software, once a license activation key has been generated and issued to you, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds.
- Trial / Demonstration: We encourage all clients to review features, read system requirements, and ask queries before purchasing a license.
- Technical Support: In case of installation issues, key activation errors, or software crashes, please contact our support team. We will resolve technical issues promptly.
2. Astrological Consultations
Consultations are personalized services provided in-person or online by our expert astrologers.
- Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your scheduled appointment, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice are not eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your consultation time up to 12 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
- No-Show: If you fail to join the online consultation or do not show up for the in-person slot at the scheduled time, no refund or free rescheduling will be provided.
